Auckland clubs training day on Sunday 8th Aug June for all abilities. A range of exercises supported by an experienced team of coaches from NWOC and AOC.

Map: Coastal Strip Mission - Rimmer

Time: Meet at Restall Rd gate at 10am; leave forest ~2:30pm

Cost: $15 (fully subsidised for NWOC & AOC club members) 

Level: Yellow to Red

Bring: O gear, compass, food, water
