Host Club: Counties Manukau Map: Waiuku Forest North (Forestry Road entrance) Start time: Start between 10am-12.00noon (registration open from 9.30am onwards) Courses available: 5 Red, 2 Orange, Yellow & White. Course closure 2:00pm

No food or drink available at event – please bring your own water
Course comment: The middle of the map is very green and to avoid this the setter/controller have used the best of the map. This means a lot of climb for courses Red 1 to Red 4. It also means shorter courses than usual. However, km rates are expected to be long. It is recommended not to change from your normal course simply because the course is shorter.
