Club training day on Sunday 25th June for all abilities. A range of exercises supported by an experienced team of coaches from NWOC and AOC. Free for club-members and $15 for non-club members (bring cash on the day). Bring food, water and orienteering gear. 

Meet at the Restall Road entrance to Woodhill Forest at 9:30 am, after which we will drive in convoy to where we will be based for the day. Departure from the forest will be from 2:30 pm.
