• Pre-entry for each rogaine paying standard entry fees closes at 11.59pm on the Wednesday evening before each weekend event. 

• Pre-entry remains open, albeit with higher fees, until 11.59pm on the Friday night before each weekend event.

• You are able to enter on the day, but there will be a late fee for this and you must pay in cash. Entering on the day takes longer; we encourage you to arrive earlier, to allow plenty of time to enter.

• Pre entry is preferred as this helps us with map numbers to print and other organisational matters—and it is much faster for you on the day!

This deal registers you as a club member and gets you entry into all three rogaines.

You effectively get free entry to one rogaine, plus all the benefits of club membership!

To take advantage of this deal:

• Register as a member of North West Orienteering Club; scroll to the bottom of the membership page to find the New Member button.
• Direct credit the appropriate fees to the NWOC Bank Account (Westpac Account 03-0243-0247251-000). Include your name + "combo" in the reference field.
• We will be in contact to welcome you as a member and send you a voucher to use for entering the rogaines.
